- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.
- Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- For certain items, such as electronics or high-value products, restocking fees may apply.
- If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you can choose between a replacement, exchange, or full refund.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- For orders that have not yet shipped, you can cancel them easily by visiting the "Contact Us Page" section on AppleProductsFix.com.
- If the order has already been shipped, you may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can initiate a return once you receive the item, following the refund policy guidelines mentioned above.
